As a Polygraph Examiner, I conduct various examinations, including pre-employment, screening, and specific issue testing. The scope of these exams includes interviewing, elicitation, file analysis, and report writing. I thoroughly collect information to identify and resolve complex or sensitive issues and concerns. Various elicitation techniques/tactics (e.g., monitoring critical verbal and non-verbal behaviors, carefully sequencing questions, asking questions intended to elicit behaviors) are skillfully utilized to conduct interviews with the subject and others. Information collected is provided in written reports that communicate issues clearly and well-organized for the proper audience or intended use.
